GH orders are processed in 3-5 business days once payment / order has been processed.

Domestic Shipping - 5 to 7 business days via UPS once the order is processed.

+ FREE shipping on all domestic orders

International Shipping - 8 to 21 business days via USPS once the order is processed.

+ $12.50 handling fee on all international orders

+ FREE shipping on international orders over $200

+ International shipping on orders under $200 calculated automatically by USPS or DHL

+ Tip: Shopping internationally? Place an order with friends and split shipping costs!

*GH is not liable for lost, stolen or undelivered items. However, please email us at hello@gratefullyhelena.com and we will try our best to figure out what happened with your order and possibly resend you an item or give you a store credit.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns & exchanges for store credit only.

We will exchange your item or issue a store credit within 14 days from the date your item is delivered.

Please note:

+ We off easy returns! We will send you a prepaid shipping label. If you are not satisfied with your order, simply email us at hello@gratefullyhelena.com, request and print your shipping label, attach it to the original packaging, and drop it off at your local post office.

+ ALL returned items must be unworn, unused and in the original condition/packaging.

+ We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.

+ Please email us your order number to hello@gratefullyhelena.com so we can provide you with a return label.

GH has the right to refuse returns/exchanges that don’t meet requirements above.
